Internship for Business Analyst
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role is a perfect fit for students or recent graduates in Business, IT, or Economics who want to gain hands-on experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. You will assist in analyzing data trends, building reports and dashboards, and collaborating across teams to improve our internal processes. To succeed, you should be comfortable with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, have strong problem-solving skills, and possess excellent English communication (Cantonese is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations)
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Help translate business needs into technical requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
- Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in English (Cantonese is an advantage)
