Business Analyst
We are seeking a strategic Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to bridge the gap between our business users and technical teams. In this role, you will define project objectives and document complex workflows through BRDs, FRDs, and data flow diagrams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented by our developers. To succeed, you should hold a relevant degree in Business or Computer Science and possess strong skills in process modeling and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to monitor system performance and identify operational gaps for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define project requirements and objectives
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases
- Design and document business process flows, system workflows, and data flow diagrams
- Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of requirements
- Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously monitor business processes, systems, and data to ensure they are functioning optimally
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the monitoring process and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
- Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and workflow optimization
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
